Diante da situa\u00e7\u00e3o, o acampamento foi destru\u00eddo para evitar futuras reutiliza\u00e7\u00f5es, e os materiais apreendidos foram descartados conforme as normas ambientais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A pr\u00e1tica da ca\u00e7a ilegal \u00e9 crime, conforme estabelece a Lei n\u00ba 9.605\/1998, conhecida como Lei de Crimes Ambientais. O artigo 29 da legisla\u00e7\u00e3o pro\u00edbe a captura e persegui\u00e7\u00e3o de animais silvestres sem autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o, prevendo pena de deten\u00e7\u00e3o de seis meses a um ano, al\u00e9m de multa.
